Overview
The NJM842 and NJM844 are single-supply high-speed operational amplifiers with 2 and 4 circuits respectively. They feature excellent characteristics including low offset voltage, low temperature drift, high slew rate of 8.5 V/μs and 3.6 MHz gain bandwidth product, making them ideal for a wide range of applications requiring high speed and wide bandwidth, such as current sensing in inverter and motor drive circuits, high-speed active filters.
With a wide operating voltage range (single supply: +3 V to +36 V; dual supply: ±1.5 V to ±18 V) and an extended operating temperature range from -40 ℃ to +125 ℃, these devices are widely adopted in industrial equipment including power supply units, motor control units and inverters.
